I've been in the people business all my life, before Real Estate I worked for a large Propane
Company here in Michigan for over 30 years, retired in 1998 as General Manager or retail sales here in Grayling. Knowing
peoples needs is very important to me and attention to details in high risk business and serving 3000 retail customers can
be both challenging and rewarding.

It has become an easy transition into Real Estate and helping clients with land , home and commercial
needs is what I strive for. I've had my Real Estate License since 1978, going into full time sales in year 2000. Real Estate
is a 24/7/365 business and we operate with customer service a number 1 priority. I love helping people with home purchase
or sales. Vacant land is special to me as I believe it will be one of the best investment you can make, there is only so

I've lived here in Grayling since 1985 and always been a northern Michigan resident, I love
the out of doors, hunting, fishing, golfing, metal detecting, gardening and serving my community are some of the things
I love about Michigan. I've been involved in growing our community in many ways from board member and founding committee
for Habitat for Humanity, serving as board member, construction, building manager for our first 2 homes and in land purchase
of our first 5 home projects. I also serve on planning commission, zoning board of appeals Crawford County, NEMCOG in Gaylord,
NMSAS in Gaylord, Airport Board of Crawford County, Northern Homes CDC in Boyne City, Board Chair for Labor and Personnel
for Crawford County, Vice Chair of County Board of Commissioners and County Board of Commissioner since 2003
